Conference Registration Fees

 

Conference Registration Fee Schedule

Registration fee includes the following items only:

- Paper Evaluation Report (PER) on the papers presented (This will assist you to improve the paper). Please note that the PER will be emailed to you approximately two months after the conference. 

- A printed copy of the conference program book.

- Admission to all sessions.

- Break foods ONLY (for two days in the morning and afternoon). Please note that lunch will not be provided.

- Conference dinner (Optional) on the 2nd of August 2016 (please indicate your preference to attend this on the registration form). Please note that the conference dinner is an additional option at no additional cost.

- Certificate of Presentation or Attendance for Listeners and Name badge.

 

There is special discount of 5% applicable for those who take early registration (see the policy below).

Cancellation Policy

There is a US $100 fee on cancellations received prior to 19 July, 2016.  There will be no refunds on cancellations received after 20 July 2016. The authors will be provided with receipt of payment and a letter/certificate of participation upon registering at the conference venue.
